The process that we use at Wicked Wheels to refurbish your alloy wheels is technical and technology driven, and undertaken by highly competent and skilled technicians. This is why we invariably succeed in our endeavour to transform your wheel and assure that it is a long lasting solution. Here we have presented the process to give you a better idea of how we refurbish and repair your alloy wheels. First of all, we remove the wheels from your vehicle. The tyre beads are then broken and the tyres are pushed away from the alloy rim. After that we evaluate the condition of your wheel and the damage it has incurred. Following this, the alloy wheel damage is repaired using varying techniques.

The wheels are then primer coated to prevent corrosion, and painted to your colour choice or matched to the original. After this is done, the wheels are sprayed with a clear lacquer and baked until fully dry. Finally, the tyres are inflated, the wheels are refitted to your car and the wheel nuts are torqued up to the recommended level.

Following a final inspection, the alloy wheel refurbishment process is complete and your vehicle is ready to drive!
